The author would like to acknowledge the brilliance of Charles Moore, the inventor of Forth.

He would also like to acknowledge the brilliance of Henry Laxen and Michael Perry, the creators of Forth 83, an almost miraculous system that included a full 8086 assembler, and numerous other features, highlighting the power of Forth. Their “Laxen and Perry Forth” was an inspiration to the author.
